Do you meet clients in person in Chennai?
Yes. We are based at Kundrathur and an in-person scoping session is usually the fastest way to start, because watching the work happen tells us more than a written brief does. Please arrange a time first rather than arriving unannounced — the team is often on client sites.
What does a project cost, and how is it billed?
Scope is agreed and priced in writing before any code exists, with an explicit out-of-scope list. We invoice in INR with GST, against milestones rather than hours, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Do you work with early-stage companies or only established businesses?
Both. What matters is whether software is actually the right lever. If the problem is one a decision and a spreadsheet would fix, we will say so — we would rather turn down a build than deliver one that does not earn its cost.
Who owns the code when the project ends?
You do. Intellectual property transfers to you on final payment, and documentation, runbooks and environment setup ship with the build so another engineer can operate it without us.
Can you work with our existing systems rather than replacing them?
That is most of what we do. Tally, Zoho, Google Workspace, an old admin panel someone left behind — integration is usually cheaper and less disruptive than replacement, and we will tell you when it is not.
How quickly can you start?
Scoping usually begins within a week of the first conversation. Build start depends on what is already running, and we will give you a date in writing rather than a hopeful one.
