Partnership

Five ways to work with us,
set out honestly.

Some people want to sell business software under their own brand. Some simply want to introduce a client and get on with their day. Some need engineering capacity behind an agency they already run. Those are different arrangements with different obligations, so this page separates them rather than pretending one programme fits everybody.

The routes

Pick the one that matches what you actually do

Effort and return rise together. None of these require you to write code. The ones that pay most require you to hold the client relationship and stay in it after the sale.

Referral partner

You know someone with the problem. That is the whole job.

Lightest commitmentNothing to sign until an introduction actually converts
You make a warm introduction, with their consent
We qualify it and tell you honestly if it is not real
We scope, quote, build and support
Fee agreed with you in writing per introduction
You keep the relationship; we do not sell around you

White-label SaaS partner

You sell and serve under your own brand. We build, host and support behind you.

Recurring revenueImplementation fee plus a share of every subscription
Specialise in one industry rather than selling to everyone
Your brand on the product, your client on the contract
Deal registration protects a prospect you have worked
Training, demo environments and pre-sales support
A book of subscriptions that renews without you re-selling it

Delivery & agency partner

You have the clients and the design. You need engineers who will not embarrass you.

Agreed ratesNamed engineering contact, quoted per phase
We work to your brief, under your client relationship
White-labelled delivery, or introduced as your build team
Overflow capacity when your own team is full
Written scope with out-of-scope agreed before code
Documented handover, so you are never locked to us
Talk about capacity

Technology & channel partner

Your product and ours are better sold together than apart.

Joint offeringScoped case by case, in writing
Integrations between your platform and ours
Joint proposals where neither product is complete alone
Reseller arrangements for our in-house products
Clear ownership of support, so clients are never passed in circles
No exclusivity demanded in either direction
Propose an integration

Training & campus partner

Institutions and employers who want people trained on real systems.

Programme basedPriced per cohort, agreed before it runs
SkillTank programmes delivered to your students or staff
Curriculum built around work people are actually hired to do
Live project work rather than slide decks
Placement and internship pathways where they fit
Over 5,000 people trained through the programme so far
Discuss a cohort

Not sure which one you are? Most people arrive thinking they want a reseller agreement and discover a referral arrangement suits their week better — or the reverse. Describe what you do and who you already talk to, and we will tell you which route fits, including when the answer is none of them.

Common ground

What every partnership here has in common

Whatever the route, these hold. They are the terms we would want if we were on your side of the table.

Written terms first

Nothing begins on a handshake and a hope. What each side owes, how money moves and how either party leaves is agreed in writing before the first client is touched.

Your NDA, not ours

We sign yours. If you do not have one we will provide a plain version, but the default assumption is that the document protecting your clients is the one you already trust.

We do not sell around you

A client you introduced or registered is yours. We will not approach them behind you, and we will not quietly take the renewal. If that ever happens, you have a written agreement to point at.

A named human, not a queue

Every partner gets a named contact who knows the account. You are not filing tickets into a general inbox and waiting to find out who owns the answer.

No exclusivity traps

We do not ask you to stop working with anyone else, and we do not carve up territories. What protects your effort is registration of the specific deal you are working, not a line on a map.

An exit that works

Every arrangement states how it ends and what happens to clients, data and revenue when it does. A partnership you cannot leave cleanly was never a partnership.

After you apply

What happens after you apply

Six stages, with the times we hold ourselves to. If we are going to be slower than this, we will tell you we are slow rather than going quiet.

STAGE 01

Your application is recorded

Immediately. It is written into our system the moment you press send, not left in an inbox somebody may or may not be watching. You will see a confirmation on screen. If you do not see one, nothing was sent — email us directly rather than assuming it arrived.

STAGE 02

A person reads it and replies

Within two working days. Every application gets a written answer, including the ones we turn down, and the turn-downs say why. We do not use silence as a way of saying no.

STAGE 03

A thirty-minute conversation

Within five working days of that reply. What you sell today, who you already have access to, and how much of your week this can realistically have. You will hear which route fits and an honest picture of the earnings — including when the honest answer is that this will not pay you what you are hoping for.

You do not have to wait for us to propose a time. Book the thirty minutes directly, or reply to our email with times that suit you. Slots are shown in your own time zone.

STAGE 04

Terms in writing, before anything starts

Once both sides say yes. The specific route, how the money works, how deals are registered, whose IP is whose, and the notice either side gives to leave. You read it without a countdown timer attached, and questions get answered in writing so there is a record.

STAGE 05

Enablement, and a named human

The first week after signing. Access to what you need to actually sell: a demo environment, the current product list, prices you can quote from, and written answers to the objections you will hear in your first week. One named contact who knows your account, not a shared inbox.

STAGE 06

Your first client, with us in the room

Across the first ninety days. We join the first client conversation rather than handing you a deck and wishing you luck. You lead the relationship, we cover the technical ground, and we review honestly afterwards.

What we need from you: a real description of what you do today and who you already talk to. Applications that say only “interested in partnership” get a slower and vaguer answer, because there is nothing in them to assess.

If we go quiet, chase us. Timelines slip in every business, ours included. If you have not heard from us inside the windows above, mail officials@kaizensparktech.com and say so — that is a fair thing to do, not a nuisance.

Straight talk

When this is the wrong idea

We would rather lose an application than take on a partner who was told what they wanted to hear.

You need income this month
Business software has a sales cycle. Between first conversation and first payment is usually weeks, sometimes a full quarter. If this has to replace your income immediately, it will disappoint you.
You do not want to talk to anyone
Every route except pure referral involves meetings with business owners who are sceptical, busy and have been sold to badly before. If that is not something you are willing to do, the SaaS route in particular will not work.
You want to sell everything to everyone
Generalists lose to specialists in this market. Partners who pick one industry and learn how it really runs consistently out-earn partners who stay broad.
You want us invisible and unaccountable
We will work under your brand. We will not pretend a system is doing something it is not, or sign off a scope we think is wrong, because it is our name on the quality even when it is your logo on the login screen.
Frequently asked

Questions before you apply

Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Application and assessment are free for every route. The white-label SaaS programme has an activation fee at the point you join a cohort, which is stated in full on that page before you commit to anything.
Do I need a technical background?
Not for referral, SaaS or channel routes. You need to understand the client's business, not the codebase. Delivery partnerships are the exception, because there we are working to your technical brief.
Can I be more than one kind of partner?
Yes, and several are. An agency that subcontracts build work to us also refers clients we are better placed to serve directly. Each arrangement is documented separately so the money never becomes ambiguous.
Who owns the client?
You do, in every route where you hold the relationship. The contract says so. For work we deliver directly from a referral, we hold the client and you are credited for the introduction — also in writing.
What happens if it does not work out?
The agreement states notice, what happens to live projects, and what happens to any recurring revenue already earned. Nobody is trapped, and nobody loses money already made.
Do you work with partners outside India?
Yes. We work across eight markets. Cross-border arrangements take slightly longer to paper because of tax and invoicing, and we will tell you honestly what that adds before you commit.

Tell us what you do

Enough detail that we can give you a real answer rather than a brochure. We reply within one working day.

Used only to assess this application. No payment is requested at this stage, and we will never ask you for passwords, bank details or access to your systems by email.

Working it out togetherWhichever route you take, the first client is one we work through with you.

Or just ask the awkward question first.

How much does this really earn. How long before it earns it. What happens when a client is unhappy. Ask those before you fill in a form — they are the questions we would ask.
