CRM setup and sales pipelineNobody updates them. Not because the software is bad, but because it was configured around the product's idea of a sales process instead of yours, so every entry is extra work with no return. This sets one up around how your team already sells — and trains them on it, which is the step that usually gets dropped.
From ₹59,000 for the scope below.

Stages that match your real process, and only the fields someone will actually fill in. Every extra field is a reason not to use the system.
Enquiries arriving from your site, email or phone land in the CRM with an owner attached, instead of in a shared inbox.
Tasks and reminders so a deal cannot sit untouched because the person who owned it was on leave.
Pipeline value, stage ageing and what needs attention this week — built on the records, so the number on screen is the number in the system.
A working session with the people who have to use it. This is the step that decides whether the project succeeds.
About the price. The figure above buys the scope listed, at that price, with the exclusions stated. Anything outside it is quoted after discovery rather than estimated in advance — which is how we price everything else, and why there is no rate card on the pricing page. Taxes are shown separately. Third-party costs such as hosting, licences and API fees are billed at cost or paid on your own accounts.
Your licence, on your account, billed by the vendor to you.
Moving years of history from an old system is its own project with its own risks. Quoted separately once we have seen the data.
Bespoke modules and deep API work beyond the standard configuration.
Available as a support arrangement. Not assumed.
Sequences, content and campaign management are separate work.
We can make it worth using. Whether it is used is a management decision and we will be straight with you about that.
Two situations where we would tell you not to buy it.
Nobody internally will own it. A CRM with no owner is abandoned within a quarter. If there is no named person whose job includes keeping it current, fixing that comes before any configuration.
There is no repeatable sales process yet. If every deal is handled differently, a CRM will record the chaos rather than reduce it. A short process-mapping engagement is the cheaper first step, and we will suggest it instead.
We work with the mainstream platforms and will recommend based on your team size, budget and what you already pay for. If you already have a licence, using it properly is almost always cheaper than switching.
That is the most common version of this project. The licence cost is already sunk, so the work is configuration, cleanup and adoption rather than a new purchase. Often the fastest visible win available.
Straightforward exports, yes, as part of the package. Years of messy history across several systems is a separate migration project — we will look at the data before quoting rather than guessing.
Website enquiry capture is in scope. WhatsApp Business and deeper integrations are separate work with their own platform fees, which stay on your accounts.
