AI & workflow automation

Stop paying people to move data
between systems you already own.

Most of the repetitive work in a business is not hard. It is someone copying an order into a spreadsheet, chasing an approval on WhatsApp, re-keying an invoice, or compiling the same report every Monday. We connect the systems so those steps stop being done by hand — and we tell you plainly when automation is the wrong answer.

Chennai and Chidambaram, working with clients across India and overseas. A discovery call is a conversation about your process, not a sales pitch.

Where it usually pays

The jobs worth automating first

These are the patterns we are asked for most often. Each one is a real integration between systems, not a chatbot bolted onto a website.

01

Lead capture and routing

An enquiry arrives by form, WhatsApp or email. It is deduplicated, enriched, written to the CRM, assigned to an owner and acknowledged — without anyone re-typing it.

02

CRM and record hygiene

Contacts, deals and stages kept current from the systems where the work actually happens, so the CRM stops being a thing people update late and badly.

03

Recurring reporting

The Monday report assembled from the source systems on a schedule and delivered where the team already looks, instead of someone rebuilding it by hand each week.

04

Document and invoice processing

Purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices read, matched against the order and pushed into the finance system, with the exceptions escalated to a person.

05

Cross-system integration

The ERP, the CRM, the spreadsheet everyone actually uses and the messaging channel made to agree with each other, including the systems with no official API.

06

Approvals and follow-ups

Requests routed to the right approver, chased automatically until answered, and logged — so nothing stalls because one person was on leave.

How we work

What actually happens, step by step

01

We watch the process once

A short session where you show us the work as it is really done, including the workarounds. Nothing is quoted before this, because an estimate written without watching the work is a guess with a budget attached.

02

We write down what we saw

A short document: the steps, the systems, where the time goes, what breaks, and which parts are worth automating. If part of it should be fixed by changing the process rather than buying software, that goes in too.

03

Scope and a cost range

A defined first piece of work with a cost range and what sits outside it. You own the document whether or not you engage us.

04

Build, with you watching

Built against your real systems in a test environment first, reviewed with you as it goes, and switched on only once it behaves correctly on your own data.

05

Handover and support

Documentation, credentials in your own accounts, and a written explanation of how to change it. If you later want to run it without us, you can.

What you get

Deliverables and engagement options

Process review

A written assessment of one workflow: steps, systems, bottlenecks and an honest recommendation on whether to automate it. Useful on its own.

A first automation

One workflow built end to end against your systems, tested on your data, documented and handed over with the credentials held in your own accounts.

Ongoing work

Further workflows, changes as the business changes, and monitoring so a silent failure does not go unnoticed for a week.

What we will not do: quote a saving before we have watched your process, promise a delivery date before the scope exists, or recommend automating something that should be simplified or stopped instead. If the honest answer is that the work does not justify the build, we will say so on the call.

Questions

Before you book

Which systems can you connect to?

The common ones with documented APIs — CRMs, accounting and ERP systems, messaging platforms, spreadsheets and databases — and older or in-house systems through whatever interface they do expose, including scheduled exports and direct database access where that is permitted. On the call we will go through your actual list and tell you which ones are straightforward, which are awkward, and which are not worth attempting.

What if a system has no API?

That is common, particularly with older industrial and accounting software. There is usually a route — a file drop, a scheduled export, a database view, or a supported integration layer. Where there is genuinely no safe route, we will tell you rather than building something fragile that breaks at the next update.

Where does our data go, and who can see it?

Wherever practical, the automation runs against your own accounts with credentials you hold and can revoke. We ask for the narrowest access that does the job. What we handle during a project, how long we keep it and who on our side can see it is set out in our governance and security page and our privacy policy.

How do you scope a project and price it?

After the process review. We give a cost range for a defined first piece of work, with the assumptions written down and what falls outside it. Our general approach to pricing and engagement is on the pricing page.

What does the discovery call involve?

Thirty minutes or so. You describe the process that costs you most; we ask questions about volumes, systems and who touches it. You leave with our honest view on whether it is worth automating, whether or not you work with us.

What happens if something breaks later?

Automations fail quietly if nobody is watching, so we build in error handling and alerting rather than assuming success. Ongoing monitoring and changes can be arranged as a support arrangement — discussed at scoping, not assumed.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

Usually not, and we would rather you did not. The point of this work is to make the systems you already pay for talk to each other. Replacing a system is a separate decision with its own business case.

Tell us about the process

The more specific you are about the workflow, the more useful our first reply will be. We answer within one working day, usually with questions rather than a quote.

We use what you send here to answer you and, if it becomes a project, to run that project. Nothing else. See our privacy policy.
