Operon One
ERPIn-houseOperon One is our enterprise and education resource planning platform. It covers the record-keeping that every institution runs on — people, scheduling, finance, and reporting — as separate modules rather than one monolith, so a team can adopt the part they need first. It is in active development and we run it as a long-lived product, not a one-off build.
SkillTank
ProgrammeIn-houseSkillTank is our structured internship programme. Trainees work on supervised tasks inside our own codebases, with review and pairing rather than exercises set aside from the real thing. It is how we grow the bench we hire from, and it keeps our internal standards written down and teachable.

We map the workflow, the data it touches, and the systems already in place before quoting. If the honest answer is that a smaller piece of work solves the problem, we say so.
Work lands in reviewable increments with a running environment you can open. You see progress as software rather than as a status report.
Type checks, automated tests, and a manual pass on the paths that matter run before anything reaches production. Releases are reversible.
Architecture notes, environment setup, and runbooks are written as part of delivery. You are not dependent on a conversation with us to operate what we built.
Launch is the point where real usage data starts. We keep measuring and tightening the system afterwards — that is the part the company is named for.
We do not publish client work without written approval, and we do not publish numbers we cannot evidence. That leaves this section shorter than we would like for now.
