Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to store, so that a later request can be recognised as related to an earlier one. Related technologies, such as local storage and pixels, do a similar job by different means. This policy uses “cookies” to cover all of them.

Some are set by the site you are visiting, others by a third party whose code the site loads. Some last only until you close the tab; others persist for months.

kaizensparktech.com is a static, server-rendered marketing site. It has no login, no shopping basket, and no web form that stores what you type. There is nothing on it that needs to remember you between visits, so we have not built anything that does.

The one category that may still appear is infrastructure storage set by our hosting and content delivery provider for routing and abuse protection. That is a technical requirement of serving the site rather than a choice we make about you.

The site is wired to support Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and PostHog, but each one only loads if a corresponding environment variable is set at build and run time. None of those variables is set, so none of those scripts is injected into the page, no requests are made to those vendors, and no analytics cookies or device identifiers are written.

We built it this way on purpose. Measurement should be a deliberate decision with a policy attached, not something that arrives by default with a template.

If we do switch analytics on, we will update this page before it goes live, name the vendor, say what it stores and for how long, and add a consent mechanism where one is required. Until you see that change here, assume nothing is measuring you on this site.

We do not embed third-party video players, comment widgets, chat widgets, social feeds, or map frames on this site. Those are the usual sources of third-party cookies on a marketing site, and we have avoided them.

We do link out to third-party sites, including our LinkedIn page. Once you follow a link, that site’s own cookie and privacy practices apply, not ours.

Because we set no optional cookies, there is no preference centre on this site to configure. Your browser remains the place to control storage, and every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies for a specific site.

Blocking strictly necessary storage can break parts of any site, including this one. On this site the effect should be small, since we depend on it so little.

Where information collected through cookies can identify you, it is personal data, and our privacy policy explains how we handle it and what rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. As things stand, the storage described on this page is technical and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

This page is updated whenever what the site loads changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. If analytics or any third-party embed is added, the change will be described here rather than made silently.
