Website Hosting

Hosting That
Works For You

Hosting is the layer nobody thinks about until the certificate expires on a Saturday. We run managed infrastructure for the sites and platforms we build: tuned for speed, patched on a schedule, monitored continuously, and backed up in a way we have actually tested by restoring. Let's talk

What Managed Means

The operational work that keeps a site fast and reachable, handled on your behalf and written down.

Provisioning and Configuration

We size and configure the environment for the workload rather than the price list, keep runtime and database versions current, and document what runs where so nobody has to guess during an incident.

Performance Tuning

Caching at the edge and the origin, a CDN in front of static assets, compressed and correctly sized images, and database queries profiled when a page starts getting slower than it was at launch.

Backups and Restore Testing

Scheduled backups stored off-site and retained to an agreed window. Backups that have never been restored are a guess, so we periodically restore into a scratch environment and confirm the result.

TLS, Patching, and Hardening

Certificates issued and renewed automatically, security headers set, firewall and rate limiting in place, and operating system and platform patches applied on a defined cadence rather than after an alert.

Monitoring and Response

Uptime, error rates, and certificate expiry are monitored continuously with alerting to a real inbox. Response windows and escalation are agreed in writing before you rely on them.

Why It Matters

Slow Costs More Than Downtime

Outages are obvious and get fixed. A site that has drifted from fast to acceptable loses visitors quietly, which is why we keep measuring after launch instead of only before it.

Updates Are Tested First

Runtime, dependency, and plugin updates are applied in a staging environment and checked before they reach production, so an update does not become an incident.

One Team, One Number

The people who host the site are the people who built it. No handoff between a host and an agency while both work out whose layer the problem lives in.

Moving an Existing Site

Migrations run on a copy first. We stand the site up in the new environment, check it against the live one, agree a cutover window, and keep the old environment reachable until DNS has fully propagated and you are satisfied. Redirects are mapped before the move, not diagnosed after it.
