WordPress core, plugins, themes, and application dependencies are updated in a staging environment and checked before release. Where an update breaks something, we fix the conflict rather than skipping the update and letting the gap widen.
Security Monitoring and Patching
We track advisories for the components your site actually runs, patch on severity rather than on a calendar, and keep an eye on file integrity, login attempts, and the paths attackers try first.
Performance and Uptime Monitoring
Uptime, error rates, and Core Web Vitals are monitored continuously. When a number moves the wrong way we investigate the cause rather than clearing the cache and hoping.
Content and Editorial Support
Template changes, new page types, form and tracking updates, and the small structural edits your team should not need a project for.
Retained Development Hours
A block of engineering time each month for fixes and improvements. Unused hours are reported honestly, and we will tell you when a request is bigger than the retainer rather than quietly rushing it.
