AI Video Campaigns
More Video.
Same Standard.
We use AI to remove the parts of video production that are slow for no good reason — storyboard variations, narration pickups, subtitle passes, and cutting one edit into every aspect ratio a platform asks for. The judgement stays with people: what the story is, whether a claim holds up, whether the cut lands. Nothing reaches you on a model’s say-so. Tell us what the campaign has to do
AI Video Production
A Pipeline, Not A Prompt
Good AI video is a production process with generative tools inside it, not a text box that returns a finished advert. The split below is how we run every engagement, and it is the honest answer to what the technology is currently good at.
What AI accelerates
Script and hook variants, storyboard frames, generated b-roll, synthetic narration, subtitle timing, rough assembly, background clean-up, and reformatting a single master into every length and ratio a channel needs.
Where a human stays
The brief and the story, every factual claim, brand and legal review, consent for any real likeness or voice, the final cut, and the call to re-record rather than patch something that is not working.
What you receive
Master files at delivery resolution, per-platform cuts, burned-in and sidecar captions, cover frames, editable project files and motion templates, and a written record of which assets were generated and which were filmed.
Marketing Videos
One Story, Cut For Every Placement
Campaign films, explainers, and ad variants built from a single approved story. Once the master edit is signed off, producing the fifteen-second cut, the square version, and the four alternate hooks a media buyer wants to test is assembly work rather than a second production.
We write to the claim you can actually substantiate. If a line needs a source, we ask for it before it reaches a storyboard, because a claim that cannot survive review will not survive a comment section either.
Campaign films
A single narrative piece for a launch, a positioning shift, or a funding announcement, delivered as a master plus channel cuts.
Explainers
Short pieces that answer what it is, who it is for, and what changes — usually the highest-traffic video a site has.
Ad variants
Multiple hooks, lengths, end cards, and subtitle treatments from one edit, so creative testing is not blocked on production.
Product Videos
Software That Is Hard To Photograph
We build software, so product video is familiar territory. Screen capture is directed like a shoot: seeded demo data, cursor paths planned in advance, and states set up deliberately rather than clicked through and hoped for. AI handles the tedium around it — cleaning up recordings, generating narration passes, and rebuilding a walkthrough when the interface changes.
When a release changes one screen, we re-record that segment against the same script and re-cut, instead of reshooting the whole walkthrough.
Product demos
The core loop of your product shown in the order a buyer needs to see it, with real-looking data instead of Lorem Ipsum rows.
Feature walkthroughs
One capability per clip, short enough to sit in a release note, a help article, or a sales follow-up email.
Onboarding clips
The first-week questions your support inbox already receives, answered once and reused inside the product.
Social Media Reels
Vertical Video On A Cadence
Short vertical video rewards consistency more than polish, and consistency is a production problem. We work in batches: a standing brief, a shared library of hooks, b-roll, and captions, and a repeatable template that keeps a fast turnaround from looking careless.
Captions are burned in and supplied as a sidecar file, framing is checked against each platform's safe zones, and the first two seconds are treated as the only part guaranteed to be watched.
Batch production
Several finished reels produced from one recording session or one source edit, planned against a posting schedule.
Repurposing
Long-form footage, webinars, and podcast recordings mined for the segments that stand alone, then re-framed vertically.
Format tests
The same message shipped as talking head, screen recording, and text-on-motion, so the channel data decides what continues.
AI Avatars
A Presenter Without A Shoot Day
Synthetic presenters are useful when the same information has to be delivered many times, in several languages, and updated whenever a detail changes — onboarding, policy explainers, internal training, localised product tours. Changing a line means editing the script, not booking a studio.
We are direct about the limits. Avatars are convincing for information delivery and noticeably weaker at emotional performance, humour, and anything that depends on a genuine reaction. For a brand film that carries feeling, we will tell you to film a person.
A custom avatar built from a real colleague requires that person's written consent, and we hold that consent on file before generation starts. We do not build avatars of public figures, customers, or anyone who has not agreed in writing.
Licensed presenters
Stock avatars cleared for commercial use, matched to the audience and the register the script is written in.
Custom likeness
A founder or subject-matter expert captured once, then reusable for updates — built only with documented, revocable consent.
Multi-language versions
The same presenter delivering a translated script, with translations reviewed by a person who speaks the language.
Voice Generation
Narration You Can Revise
Synthetic voice-over removes the most common cause of a stalled edit: a one-word script change that needs a booth, a schedule, and a re-record. Pronunciation of product names, acronyms, and place names is controlled explicitly, and pacing is tuned against the cut rather than delivered blind.
Voice cloning of a named person follows the same rule as avatars — written consent first, no exceptions. For hero brand work where the read is the performance, a human voice artist is still the better choice, and we will say so.
Scripted narration
Voice-over for explainers, walkthroughs, and training video, revisable line by line as the product or policy changes.
Localisation
One script voiced across several languages, with a native speaker reviewing terminology before anything is published.
Sound design
Levels, music beds, and licensed effects mixed so narration stays intelligible on a phone speaker in a noisy room.
Motion Graphics
The Layer That Carries The Brand
Motion graphics are where an AI-assisted pipeline stops looking generic. Titles, lower thirds, transitions, data animation, and UI callouts are built from your typography, colour, and spacing rules, so output produced quickly still reads as yours.
We hand over the templates as well as the videos. A team that can drop new copy into an existing title system does not need to commission a video for every small change.
Brand motion kit
Reusable titles, lower thirds, transitions, and an end card, built from your existing type and colour tokens.
Data and UI animation
Charts, flows, and interface states animated to explain a mechanism that a static screenshot cannot show.
Editable templates
Project files your team can update in-house, with the fonts, layers, and naming documented rather than improvised.
The Workflow
Seven steps from a brief to files you can publish. The early ones are deliberately slow, because everything after them is cheap to repeat and expensive to reverse.
Brief and outcome
We agree what the video is for, who has to act after watching it, where it will run, and how success will be judged. A video with no named outcome tends to become a video about the company in general.
Script and storyboard
The script is written first and approved before anything is generated. AI drafts alternates and frames quickly, which means you choose between real options rather than reacting to a single take.
Asset generation and capture
Generated b-roll and imagery, directed screen recording with seeded demo data, licensed stock where it is the right answer, and any filmed material you supply or we arrange.
Voice and presenter
Narration recorded or synthesised against the approved script, with pronunciation of product names and acronyms fixed explicitly. Consent for any real likeness or voice is on file before this step.
Edit, motion, and sound
An editor assembles the master, motion graphics are applied from your brand kit, and the mix is checked on phone speakers as well as headphones. This is where the pace and the cuts are decided.
Review and revision
You review a timestamped cut and leave comments in one place. Rounds are agreed in the scope so revision does not become an open loop, and factual corrections are never counted against them.
Versioning and delivery
The approved master is cut into every required ratio, length, and caption treatment, then delivered with the project files. Later changes reuse the same assembly rather than starting over.
How We Engage
Three Ways To Start
We scope on the number of finished videos, the number of platform variants, and how much of the source material has to be created rather than supplied. There is no rate card on this page, because a short pilot and a standing content operation are not the same product and pricing either one from a table would be guesswork. Tell us the volume and the deadline and we will quote against it.
Pilot
A small fixed batch — usually one story cut several ways — so you can judge real output against your own brand before committing to a schedule. Scoped, delivered, reviewed.
Campaign
A defined set of videos around a launch, event, or paid push, planned to dated milestones with every channel variant the media plan calls for included in the scope.
Always-on retainer
A recurring monthly volume against a standing brief, with a shared asset library and a fixed review cadence. The library and templates compound, so later months buy more.
AI Video Questions
Looking for an answer that is not here? Get in touch
Is the video entirely generated by AI?
No, and we would be careful with anyone who says theirs is. AI generates and accelerates components — script variants, storyboard frames, narration, subtitle timing, rough assembly, and reformatting. The story, the factual claims, the brand judgement, and the final cut are decided by people. Every file we deliver has been watched end to end by an editor first.
What does AI actually make faster?
The repetitive middle of the process. Turning one approved edit into every aspect ratio and length a platform needs, producing subtitle tracks, re-recording narration after a copy change, generating b-roll for a shot that would otherwise need a location, and drafting hook variants for testing. It does not shorten the parts that need agreement, such as the brief, the review, and legal sign-off.
Do you disclose that AI was used?
Yes. We label synthetic presenters and synthetic voice in the video or its description, and we set the AI-content flags the major platforms provide. Disclosure requirements differ by platform and by jurisdiction, so we agree the approach during scoping and keep a record of what was generated versus filmed for each deliverable.
Can you clone a specific person's voice or face?
Only with that person's written, revocable consent, held on file before any generation begins. We do not create likenesses or voices of public figures, competitors, customers, or anyone who has not agreed in writing, regardless of who is asking or what the intended use is.
Who owns the finished video, and can we edit it later?
You own the deliverables. You receive master files, platform cuts, caption files, and the editable project files and motion templates. Generated and stock assets carry the licence terms of the tool or library they came from, and we document which is which per project so your legal team is not guessing later.
What do you need from us before production starts?
A clear outcome for the campaign, your brand assets and any existing footage, product or sandbox access if we are recording software, a named person who can approve a cut, and a source for any claim that needs substantiating. Slow approvals are the single biggest reason video timelines slip, so we agree the review path before we start.
