This website
What happens when you visit
No analytics, no tracking
There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no heatmap tool on this site. We do not know which pages you read.
No cookies from us
This site sets no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser by us. See the cookie policy for the detail.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. That is ordinary hosting infrastructure rather than anything we query.
Fonts are loaded from Google
The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser requests files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We mention it because it is the one third party your browser talks to on this site. Google states it does not use these requests for advertising.

When you send something
The forms open your email client
The enquiry, partnership and referral forms on this site do not submit to a server. They assemble what you typed into an email and hand it to your own mail application, which you then choose to send. Nothing is stored anywhere until you press send in your own client.
What we do with your email
We use it to answer you and, if it becomes a project, to run that project. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Introductions from a third party
If someone refers you to us, we ask them to confirm you are happy to be contacted. If you would rather we had not been given your details, tell us and we will delete them and say who provided them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept while the engagement is live and for as long afterwards as tax and contractual records require.
Client portal
If you have an account
The client portal at portal.kaizensparktech.com is a separate application with its own login.
What it stores
Your name, email address, the organisation you belong to, and the project records you are entitled to see. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never as text.
A session cookie
Signing in sets one cookie so the portal knows it is still you between pages. It is essential to the service and is not used for tracking.
Who can see your data
Your own account, and the KaizenSpark staff assigned to your work. Engineers working on your project are deliberately prevented from seeing commercial figures.

What you can ask us to do
Ask what we hold
Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, in plain terms rather than a database dump.
Correct or delete it
We will correct anything wrong and delete anything we are not required to keep, and confirm when it is done.
Under Indian law
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over your personal data, including access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal. Address requests to officials@kaizensparktech.com.
If you are in the EU or UK
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to work we do for you, we act on the same rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Our lawful basis for handling enquiry correspondence is legitimate interest; for project work it is performance of a contract.
Complaints
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

If we add anything that collects data — analytics, a newsletter, a chat widget — this page is updated before it goes live, and the date at the top changes with it.
