The detail
What is and is not stored
No cookies from this website
Browse every page here and your browser will hold nothing from us afterwards. No analytics cookie, no advertising identifier, no preference store.
No third-party trackers
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag, no chat widget and no session recorder embedded in these pages.
Google Fonts
The typefaces are served by Google Fonts. That request does not set a cookie, but Google does receive your IP address in order to send the font files. It is the only third party your browser contacts on this site.
Server logs are not cookies
Our host keeps standard access logs, as every web server does. Those are records on the server, not something stored in your browser.

One essential cookie
Signing in at portal.kaizensparktech.com sets a single session cookie so the portal knows it is still you as you move between pages. Without it you would be asked to log in on every click.
Why it needs no consent
A cookie strictly necessary to deliver a service you have asked for does not require consent under the ePrivacy rules. It is not used to track you, and it is not shared with anyone.
Clearing it
Signing out removes it. Clearing cookies in your browser removes it too, and simply means you sign in again.
Why no banner
The missing pop-up
Consent banners exist because sites want to set cookies you would not choose. We do not set any, so asking you to accept them would be theatre.
If that ever changes
If we add anything that stores data in your browser beyond the portal session, this page is updated first and a proper consent mechanism goes in with it. We will not quietly add a tracker and leave this page saying otherwise.
Blocking things anyway
Every major browser lets you block cookies and third-party requests. Nothing on this site breaks if you do, apart from the fonts falling back to your system typefaces.
